We are looking for a Senior Engineer – 3 Waters to join our dynamic team in Taupō. This is an exciting opportunity to lead innovative projects across stormwater, wastewater, and potable water systems, while maintaining and developing strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality investigations, analysis, and consulting services for clients on assigned 3 Waters projects, including preparing detailed reports and technical documents.
• Provide specialist technical advice and produce practical, buildable designs and stormwater treatment solutions, including calculations and drawings.
• Undertake feasibility studies and prepare reports suitable for client review and decision‑making.
• Support clients with asset condition assessments, renewals planning, and long‑term infrastructure strategies.
• Manage projects, including preparing briefs, fee estimates, project plans, and ensuring timely and clear reporting.
• Lead or contribute to proposals, bids, and presentations aligned with client needs and WSP’s strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with project teams and key clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
• Ensure all work meets professional, technical, quality assurance, and health & safety standards.
• Actively participate in business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the region.
