We are seeking a Team Coach to lead our River Road respite team in Masterton, Wairarapa. This service provides mental health respite and social detoxification support for tāngata whaiora.
In this role, you will coach and support a team of Support Workers and clinicians, inspire your team members to exceed their personal best and ensure exceptional service delivery. You will oversee individual care plans, advocating for the wellbeing of each person we support. Additionally, the role also includes responsibilities as a Withdrawal Management Nurse for tāngata whaiora undertaking withdrawal management either onsite or in the community.
Reporting to the Service and Relationship Manager, you will receive ongoing support and leadership across the region. This is a full‑time position, Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 am–5 : 00 pm, with rotational after‑hours on‑call responsibilities.
