About the Team / Service Location
Based at Kenepuru / Porirua Birthing Unit. We are a small dynamic, and friendly team that values collaboration and continuity.
The role gives you a chance to work closely with women, whānau, and LMC colleagues in a supportive setting. You will be working in partnership with LMCs, providing postnatal care and labour and birth support, coordinating with colleagues at Wellington Hospital to ensure seamless care across the services. There is opportunity to expand your midwifery scope, including antenatal assessments, organising and managing Anti‑D and antenatal vaccination clinics.
