Te Tūranga – About The Role

We’re looking for a commercially astute Insights Partner to lead the insights strategy and execution for Gilmours. Sitting within our Procurement & Insights team, you’ll be the go‑to advisor for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance across our foodservice business.

• Lead the Gilmours insights programme, delivering high‑impact analytics and scalable reporting frameworks
• Partner with Gilmours stores and the Wholesale Leadership Team to influence strategic decisions
• Champion AI‑driven insights and embed a data‑led culture across the network
• Design and build world‑class dashboards using tools like Power BI
• Drive cross‑functional alignment through enterprise‑wide data initiatives
