This is your chance to work in a "big box" format store and be part of a passionate and committed team.Job detailsAs a demanding role that reaches all corners of the business your days will be spent dealing with customer and staff enquiries, telephone calls, hire purchase finance, product location, special orders, returns / refunds, repairs, checkout sales, daily banking and all the other "one off" situations that arise on a day to day basis.The Customer Care team deliver the first and last impression of our business and the person we seek for this area must have the ability to remain cool under pressure and be able to think on their feet.

This is a permanent position (40hrs per week) that requires availability for at least one day in the weekend.

The role is split between the customer service desk and checkouts.We are looking for a high energy individual who is a customer service superstar.To be successful you must havebe a detail minded self-starterbe able to multi-task, problem solve and have the ability to follow through and follow up situations in a timely mannerexperience in conflict resolution and confidence to make decisions as requiredhave good peripheral vision to ensure queues are kept to a minimum and all customers attended toexperience working with a POS system and hire purchase portals such as GE Finance and Qcard (specific training given)a can do attitude, action orientated person with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailcomputer savvy and organised2-3 years experience working on a front facing, customer services desk would be advantageousWhat we offerGain experience in a dynamic and growing companyA fantastic team culture and environmentOn going training through eLearning supportIdeally you will be experienced in a similar front facing customer service desk position in a big box retail environment.If this position sounds like you then we want to hear from you!
