Here is an opportunity to join a well‑known professional company who are specialist market leaders and provides post‑sales services for customers including installation, configuration, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, diagnoses, and resolution of malfunctions.

You will determine when products should be upgraded or replaced to meet your customer needs and provide assistance with the operation and maintenance of company products. You will develop ongoing relationships with customers to secure future business and may also provide on‑site training to customers on the features of the equipment they purchase.

Responsibilities

The Service Technician will be based in Auckland and will report to the Regional Manager. The territory will focus on specific key account and territory responsibilities in the NZ Region (majority within the North Island) with travel throughout the NZ Region as required. Overseas travel may also be required on an “as needed” basis (e.g., Australia, Fiji, PNG).

Qualifications

• Current Full Drivers Licence
• Excellent communication skills
• Trade certificate in mechanical fitting, industrial instruments, electrical trade or similar
• Highly developed technical and analytical skills
• NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit
