We’re looking for a Programme Director to lead this change. This is your opportunity to deliver the most significant digital programme for Pharmac that supports getting the best health outcomes from New Zealand’s investment in medicines and medical devices.

What you’ll do

• Drive the delivery of a multi-year Data and Digital programme, reducing technology risks while unlocking powerful tools for our people and sector partners.
• Build productivity, inspire engagement, and elevate service delivery.
• Oversee workstreams spanning data governance, cybersecurity, privacy, and digital workplace modernisation.
• Engage with senior leaders, health sector partners, and government agencies to ensure alignment and success.
• Manage a large programme budget with a focus on value for money and public accountability.
• Future-proof Pharmac’s digital systems for interoperability with wider health reforms.
