Runacres Insurance is seeking a motivated Broking Administrator to join their high-performing team, supporting their Domestic, SME, and Commercial client groups. This is a maternity leave cover position, initially through to December, offering a great opportunity to step into a busy, supportive broking environment.
In this pivotal role, you’ll provide essential administration and operational support to brokers, helping ensure our clients receive accurate, timely, and professional service every time.
About Role
As a Broking Administrator, you’ll play an important role in keeping our branch running smoothly. You’ll produce policy documentation, maintain data accuracy, support claims processes, assist with operational tasks, and be an invaluable support partner to the broking and operations team. Every day will bring variety – from preparing insurance certificates to coordinating office operations, managing reports, and supporting internal meetings.
