Broking Administrator – Join a Trusted, Professional Insurance Brokerage

Are you an organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent client service?

Runacres Insurance is seeking a motivated Broking Administrator to join their high-performing team, supporting their Domestic, SME, and Commercial client groups. This is a maternity leave cover position, initially through to December, offering a great opportunity to step into a busy, supportive broking environment.

In this pivotal role, you’ll provide essential administration and operational support to brokers, helping ensure our clients receive accurate, timely, and professional service every time.

About Role

As a Broking Administrator, you’ll play an important role in keeping our branch running smoothly. You’ll produce policy documentation, maintain data accuracy, support claims processes, assist with operational tasks, and be an invaluable support partner to the broking and operations team. Every day will bring variety – from preparing insurance certificates to coordinating office operations, managing reports, and supporting internal meetings.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide efficient administration support to Broking staff
  • Produce accurate policy documentation, certificates, and client records.
  • Assist with data cleansing, credit control correspondence, and general office duties.
  • Support reception, travel bookings, events, vehicle scheduling, and office supplies.
  • Assist with lodging claims and producing client manuals.
  • Create and maintain templates and reporting tool for the operations team.
  • Provide meeting support, including preparation and minute taking.
  • Support Health & Safety management across the business.
  • Build a basic understanding of insurance products and client needs.
  • Maintain awareness of client requirements as briefed by broking staff.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Confident user of Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented approach.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the broking and insurance environment.
