A logistics service provider in Queenstown seeks an experienced Customer Support Specialist to manage customer inquiries and support CCN’s product suite. Candidates should have a diploma and 1-2 years of experience in customer support. Excellent communication skills are essential; knowledge in logistics is an advantage. The role involves both remote and possible onsite support, with working hours from Tuesday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.
