This role provides strategic guidance to clients, oversees end-to-end solution delivery, and ensures that HCM capabilities align with business objectives and industry best practices. The position requires deep functional expertise across Oracle HCM modules, strong client leadership skills, and the ability to innovate and drive transformation in HR technology environments. We are a diverse team with varied experience and high expertise, the successful candidate must have excellent communication skills (including C-Level) with collaboration and team work a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and functional design activities.
• Configure HCM modules and ensure solutions align with best practices and client requirements.
• Advise HR and IT leaders on strategy, process improvements, and HCM roadmap decisions.
• Oversee testing, data quality, issue resolution, and overall project delivery standards.
• Present solutions to stakeholders and facilitate key workshops and design sessions.
• Mentor junior consultants and support internal knowledge sharing and methodology improvements.
• Stay current with Oracle quarterly updates and identify opportunities for system enhancement.
