Temp Services is an in-house solution for temporary staffing across the University of Auckland.

We are seeking individuals with a positive attitude, resilience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are currently interested in expressions of interest from candidates experienced in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Assistant Accountant, and Credit Control . Assignments can range from 6 weeks to 6 months across various faculties.

Our central teams perform operational functions, consolidating high-volume finance transactional activities related to purchasing and supply of goods and services, including billing and revenue collection for student fees, research, faculties, and divisions.

Salary Bands

About You

You should be comfortable handling large volumes of invoices, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills, sound knowledge of NZ legislation, and a relevant tertiary degree. A customer-centric mindset, continuous improvement focus, intermediate Excel skills, and being tech-savvy are essential.

Relevant qualification, CA, or working towards one.
