About this opportunity
The position is a full-time, fixed-term contract with a duration of 12 months.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Customer Service role is responsible for managing daily interactions with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. The customer base includes both external clients and internal stakeholders such as operations, technical, distribution, purchasing / planning, and quality teams. This role also manages all administrative processes related to customer engagement and provides critical support to Account Managers in fulfilling their responsibilities.
