Service Advisor - Hamilton

Keith Andrews, New Zealand's largest Fuso dealership, representing FUSO, Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner, is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team in Hamilton.

We are searching for an exceptional someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and wants to be part of a supportive, people-first workplace.

What you'll do :

Be the first point of contact for customers booking in service and repair work

Provide clear advice on service needs, timeframes and costs

Coordinate workflow between customers and our workshop team

Ensure accurate documentation and invoicing of jobs

Deliver outstanding customer service every step of the way

What you'll bring :

Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing role (automotive or transport industry an advantage)

Strong communication and organisational skills

A solutions-focused approach with the ability to juggle priorities

Confidence with computer systems and attention to detail

A team player attitude with a genuine passion for helping people

Class 4 driver license (preferable)
