Mechanical QC Inspector

In this role, you will :

Perform QC inspection according to the design and stated standard

Generate measure data and update into the system

Manage non-conformance and liaise with designers and contractors

Ensure equipment calibration

Ensure inspections are conducted safely in accordance to the risk assessments

Assist with metrology and 3D printing operations

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering & Aerospace Engineering

Experience with advanced inspection equipment / machines (Coordinate Measuring Machine, Vision Measuring Machine and scanner) is preferred

Experience with 3D printing / design is preferred

Attention to details

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Able to read and interpret engineering drawing, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

Basic knowledge of precision inspection tools is essential

Able to operate advanced measurement equipment / machines after proper training
