As a Reporting Analyst within the Programme Delivery Office, you will play a critical role in ensuring programme progress, data integrity and transparency, increasing team performance, and efficiently delivering infrastructure projects across the Hastings district.

To be successful in this role you will have :

• Tertiary qualifications in data analytics, business intelligence, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in reporting or data analytics—ideally within a construction or infrastructure environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and data modelling.
• Strong understanding of project and programme management principles.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and project teams to drive programme delivery performance and improvement initiatives.
• Experience using programme management systems and tools to track and report at the programme / portfolio level.
• Bonus : Exposure to business intelligence tools and data‑driven reporting.

This position is part of the Infrastructure Group – which includes 3 Waters, Transportation, a Delivery Office and a Professional Services Panel.
