We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead customer growth, retain key customers, and secure new business across the Lower South Island. The Role

As the Senior Business Development Manager for the Lower South Island, you will be responsible for retaining and growing a portfolio of key customers while attracting strategic new business. This role is critical to executing MOVe's sales strategy across customer retention, service extension, cross-selling, and new business development ("RECON").

You’ll own your region, working closely with customers, delivering tailored freight solutions, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of key customers
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Cross-sell MOVe Group’s full range of freight and logistics services
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
• Provide regular reporting on performance and market opportunities
• Travel throughout the Lower South Island to meet clients and prospects
