All aspects of the kitchen operation, including menu creation, preparation, service, and inventory control, will be under your direct supervision in this hands-on position. A candidate seeking stability, innovation, and the opportunity to put their mark on a facility that is ready to expand would love this opportunity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Whip up delicious pub cuisine and weekly specialties in the kitchen.
• Conduct everyday kitchen tasks, including cleaning, ordering and inventory management.
• Keep all food items inspected for their cleanliness, appearance, and safety. Develop and refresh the menu with management's help throughout the year.
• Show the way by consistently demonstrating a cheerful, dependable, and proactive attitude.
