Role Overview and Objectives

The Senior Accounts Administrator reports to the Team Lead – Senior Process & Business Analyst and is responsible for the coordination and completion of administrative tasks supporting the transaction services functions. This role requires contribution to innovation, optimisation, and automation initiatives to reduce manual AP and AR administrative tasks.

What you’ll do

• Administering customer invoicing / credits, and subsequent allocation of cash receipts.
• Ensuring all related internal and external queries are responded to in a timely manner.
• Assisting in the maintenance of customer / vendor records and ensuring the appropriate updates for all new customers / vendors.
• Collaborating with the broader team to analyse, provide recommendations and implement process improvements
