About the role

The main focus of this role is the delivery of the region's QA systems to comply with the requirements of Holcim's Concrete NZ Plant Audit Scheme and all aspects of Holcim's QA system.

Your duties also include wet concrete testing, both at plant and on customer sites, plant and equipment calibrations, raw material sampling and testing, and data entry into quality control systems.

About you :

• Secondary school qualifications with a high degree of mathematical skills essential
• Tertiary qualification in Science or Engineering highly desirable
• New Zealand concrete technicians course highly desirable
• City and Guilds Concrete qualification highly desirable
• Desirable worked in a similar role Technical skills List specific functional skills required
• Good computer skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Quality Orientation / Attention to Detail
• be required to be flexible both with working hours and location as technical support may be provided at any one of our concrete plants / sites or various customer sites.
• There is a requirement to travel to attend meetings, visit other sites and attend training and other divisional activities
