Customer Service Representative (EasySteel, Whangarei)

About the Role

Our customers are the heart of what we do, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and self-motivated individual to join our Whangarei team. As our successful Customer Service Representative, you will be joining our small and talented team and will be responsible for :

• Answering inbound calls from external and internal customers and supporting walk‑in queries.
• Professionally handling customer enquiries, offering solution‑based support in a timely manner.
• Providing quotes, processing orders and providing support to our sales team.
• Staying up to date with product knowledge, offers and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
• General office admin, filing, etc.

This is a Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm role, based at our branch in Whangarei.
