Have 7+ years of experience delivering complex applications that scale

Love writing clean, maintainable, and tested code

Are fluent in a couple of programming languages and pick up new ones with ease

Can lead technical discussions and shape best practices

Are just as comfortable building features as you are making architectural decisions

Value collaboration, curiosity, and a bit of creative chaos

Know how to balance speed with technical excellence

Are eligible for a government security clearance in NZ or Australia
