An opportunity has arisen for a self‑motivated and proactive individual with strong administrative experience to join our successful and fast‑paced team at our Dunedin office. We’re seeking a talented administrator who loves turning paperwork into practical systems and processes.

- Be the internal “go to” person for staff hire system support
- Invoicing all hire / workshop jobs
- Hire account enquiries and credit control
- Liaise with the hire system provider as required on support
- Hire systems documentation, processes and user training
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and XeroAdministrative experience preferredMust possess strong attention to detail and ability to meet regular deadlinesCan demonstrate the ability of working cohesively in a small team as well as the ability to work independentlyPossess excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills are essentialResults‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement1‑2 years of equipment hire industry experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be providedA friendly, proactive and professional personality with a desire to listen, understand and assist with all aspects of hire division administration.Please send your application and CV in confidence to :
