Based in Dunedin, this practical role is perfect for someone passionate about the delivery of quality drainage solutions and the development of inclusive, high-performing teams. You’ll be pivotal in supporting our major projects and ensuring excellence throughout the construction and maintenance of drainage systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of drainage installation, maintenance, and repair works on various construction and infrastructure projects.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of drainage workers and subcontractors, fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
• Co‑ordinate daily activities, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure works are completed to the highest standards and within deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental protocols, championing a safety-first culture at all times.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding project requirements, progress, and any issues or changes onsite.
• Assist in the planning and review of drainage methodologies and risk assessments, promoting continuous improvement across the team.
• Accurately maintain daily records, site documentation, and deliver regular updates and reports as required.
