About MTF
MTF is punching above its weight in the competitive finance sector, on a mission to help Kiwis do more. People are at the heart of MTF's success, so their people are well looked after. Enjoy competitive remuneration and rewards, opportunities to grow, and meaningful work in an energised and supportive environment.
In a big growth stage, MTF is transforming our brand and marketing approach – evolving how we connect with New Zealanders across digital and performance channels. We’ve refreshed our brand and now we’re building new capability in the team to bring MTF to life with creativity and care.
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and well‑organised Marketing Coordinator to help keep our marketing and communications engine running smoothly.
As the first point of contact for all marketing requests, you’ll play a key role in coordinating work across the wider team. From scheduling social media and managing marketing assets to supporting campaign delivery and updating our website, you’ll help ensure everything runs seamlessly, on time, and on brand.
No two days are the same – one day you might be coordinating a local promotion or briefing creative updates, and the next you’re supporting a national campaign launch or preparing communications for our franchise network. You’ll be joining a supportive, collaborative team that’s generous with sharing knowledge and invested in helping you grow. It’s an exciting time to join MTF’s marketing team – we’ve set ambitious goals for the year ahead, and we’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, grow, and make their mark.

If you’re keen on any role at MTF but feel like you’re not a 100 % match, don’t worry! We still want to see your unique spark, so go ahead and apply. We appreciate varied perspectives and believe every individual brings something special to our team. In a nutshell – we want you to work here because you’re you! Our recruitment process is fair and inclusive, and just like most things in life, a one‑size‑fits‑all approach doesn’t fit most. We think that approach is ‘meh’ anyway. We can’t wait to hear from you.
