Part‑Time Opportunity - Starting at 2 Hours per Week

Are you a mature, experienced, and confident individual with a passion for supporting others to live independently and with dignity? We're looking for a self‑directed support worker to join our dedicated team in the beautiful Hawke's Bay region.

About the Role :

This role begins with 4 hours per week, with potential to grow over time. You'll provide compassionate, person‑centred care to clients in their homes and communities – assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring each person receives the support they need to thrive. You will also need to use your own vehicle to transport clients to a day program, so a full driver licence is essential.

We're looking for someone who :

• Has previous experience in homecare, disability, or aged support
• Is confident in working independently and making decisions
• Is mature and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Can self‑direct and manage their time effectively
• Communicates clearly and respectfully with clients and colleagues
• Holds a full NZ driver's licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
