What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and inspire customer engagement.
• Partner with the GM Marketing to drive alignment across RealNZ and Cardrona x Treble Cone.
• Mentor and empower a team of talented marketers to deliver their best work.
• Own and evolve the RealNZ brand, celebrating our heritage and guardianship.
• Use insights and data to fuel campaign performance and decision making.
• Build meaningful partnerships to elevate our brand presence and impact.
