Civil Site Supervisor

About the Role :

Opportunity for a hands-on Civil Site Supervisor / Foreman to lead the delivery of specialised structure and piling projects. You’ll manage a small operational team, coordinate plant and materials, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on, all-rounded site role encompassing both supervision and labouring duties, focused on structural and piling projects across Hawkes Bay and the lower North Island.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily site operations and team performance
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are upheld
• Coordinate plant, equipment, and materials
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Maintain accurate documentation and a tidy worksite
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects

Hours : Monday - Friday (47.5 hours per week minimum)
