Join the team :

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to support our growing Finance Team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a professional services office environment and enjoys variety, accuracy, and taking ownership of their work. You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial records, managing Xero processes, and assisting with the smooth running of our day-to-day finance operations. Flexible school hours can be considered for the right candidate.

Accounting Support

• Accounts payable and receivable processing
• Xero entries, reconciliations, and reporting
• Supporting finance-related documentation and correspondence
• Assisting with month-end preparation and financial Reporting
