Operations Manager Lighthouse Wealth

Our three-year goal is to 10x the Wealth & Insurance Division.Build a category-defining business.Transform how Kiwis engage with their money.This role is a key partner in making that happen.

We are looking for an ambitious, resourceful, and highly capable Operations Manager to work side by side with the Wealth Director and help execute the three-year growth strategy to 10x the Wealth Division.

This role has a broad scope across operations, analytics, technology, systems, strategic execution, and continuous improvement. There is no single background required. We care far more about capability, mindset, and problem-solving ability than industry experience. You will help build a scalable, efficient, data-driven Wealth division that empowers our Advisors to deliver an exceptional client experience as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Strategy Execution

• Collaborate closely with the Wealth Director to convert high-level strategy into clear plans, processes, and systems.
• Build scalable operational frameworks across the Wealth team.
• Develop and refine workflows, documentation, and consistency across the business.

Reporting, Analytics & Financial Understanding

Own the numbers that drive the Wealth Division, including :

Turn insights into actions that improve performance and efficiency.

Support the Wealth Director in :

Lead the adoption of automation and technology to :

A strong appetite for learning new tech is important.

Investment Offering, Compliance & Systems
