As we continue to expand our property management division, we’re seeking an experienced, high-performing Business Development Manager to drive growth and build lasting relationships across the property sector.

What you'll do

  • Take ownership of sourcing, negotiating and securing new property managements.
  • Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with agents, developers, investors and industry professionals to generate consistent, quality leads.
  • Stay ahead of market trends through research and insight, identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Manage the full deal lifecycle, from pipeline generation to signed agreements, with precision and pace.
  • Deliver regular performance updates and pipeline reports, contributing directly to Wolfbrook’s national growth strategy.

What you'll bring

  • Proven success in business development within property management, real estate or development.
