As a Learner Success Support Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for all student wellbeing and success. From inductions and orientation through to graduation, you’ll provide holistic support and connect students to external agencies and community networks – to create opportunities for them to thrive academically and personally.
This is a permanent full- time opportunity based out from our New Lynn and Auckland CBD Campus between 8am – 9.15pm (40 hours per week). There will be travel across campuses.
Our students are enrolled in programmes ranging from Level 2 certifications to Master’s degrees, so the ability to support learners across a wide range of educational levels is key for success in this role!
