Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable person to supervise and motivate the Warehouse Team of 16 people located in two warehouses, one in Avondale and the other in Mt Roskill. The position has become available following an internal promotion. You will love a challenge, be familiar with health and safety requirements, and enjoy working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment that allows you the opportunity to redesign and improve processes for all Sika New Zealand warehouses, covering the receipt, management and storage of raw materials and finished goods. You will be an SAP expert providing support and training to Warehouse Managers and staff nationally. There will be occasional travel to our branches in Wellington and Christchurch.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse management experience
• SAP experience working in a high‑performing warehouse
• Excellent people management skills
• Proven change management skills
• Computer literacy with a high level of experience and competency using SAP
• A current Forklift Operators Licence
• DG handling experience
