Fox Mowing Whangarei is looking for a reliable, physically fit individual to lead a small team delivering high-quality outdoor maintenance work. If you know how to take direction, manage a crew, and keep standards sharp on-site, this role’s for you. Your role :

• Take charge of a small team on-site, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Delegate tasks, keep the team moving, and troubleshoot as needed
• Communicate professionally with clients before, during, and after jobs
• Handle a mix of mowing, weed eating, garden clean‑ups, spraying, and rubbish / green waste removal
