Project Manager – Land Development & 3 Waters

Location :  Bay of Plenty, New Zealand

Salary :  $130,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience) + vehicle, phone, laptop, and healthcare benefits

About the Role :

We are on the lookout for an experienced  Project Manager  to lead and deliver complex land development and 3 waters infrastructure projects across the Bay of Plenty region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established civil contractor with a strong reputation and a solid pipeline of work.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Project Leadership :  Manage all phases of land development and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion.
• Technical Oversight :  Apply your in-depth knowledge of 3 waters infrastructure and civil construction practices.
• Financial Management :  Take full ownership of monthly claims, cashflow forecasting, and budget control.
• Team Coordination :  Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement :  Maintain strong communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Health & Safety :  Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all H&S regulations.
