As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our Agile Delivery Squad, ensuring our web and mobile apps exceed expectations.

You won't just test—you'll innovate, automate, and elevate our quality standards.

As part of the FSNI QA Practice, you'll shape best practices and push the boundaries of what's possible in testing.

What you'll doOwn the quality – Collaborate with your squad to embed excellence at every stage of development.Think beyond testing – Design and execute high-impact test plans that tackle complex business and technical challenges.Automate like a pro – Build and enhance cutting-edge test automation frameworks, driving an automation-first mindset.Be a quality evangelist – Work with your Lead(s) towards improvements, influence best practices, and drive innovation across FSNI's QA Practice.Deliver seamless experiences – Identify and resolve defects, optimize test environments, and proactively ensure flawless product releases.Test Data identification – Identify test data requirements across different environments and work with your QA Lead to raise any test data dependency.If you're passionate about pushing boundaries, pioneering new ways to test, and delivering world-class digital experiences, we want to hear from you!

He korero mou - About youYou're a passionate QA professional who thrives in collaborative, Agile environments.

You have a keen eye for detail, love solving complex challenges, and are always looking for ways to improve processes and automation.

Your ability to communicate technical concepts effectively allows you to engage with stakeholders across the business, advocating for quality at every stage.What you'll bring : Technical expertise – Proven experience in UI and API testing, Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban), and test automation frameworks like Playwright, Appium, Cucumber / BDD, or Postman.Coding & CI / CD knowledge – Comfortable with Java, JavaScript / TypeScript, and familiar with CI / CD tools like Bamboo, GitHub, and Bitbucket.Problem-solving mindset – Strong understanding of defect management, software failures, and troubleshooting across squads and business units.Collaboration & communication – Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, explain complex integrations, and advocate for quality-focused solutions.Previous experience of working in e-commerce is preferred.We're proud to have a focus on Diversity & Inclusion here at Foodies and welcome courageous behaviour, encourage togetherness, inspire our people to be their best selves in our Foodies whanau.We encourage you to apply with all your awesomeness and welcome your diverse background, including any disability, additional health and mental health needs, and / or neurodiversity.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
