The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our dedicated team as Medical Centre Manager. In this pivotal role, you’ll be a key driver of operational excellence and service innovation, ensuring high‑quality care for the community we proudly support.

You’ll have a genuine passion for primary health care and a solid background in managing teams, operations, and financials, ideally within the health sector. Your ability to navigate the evolving healthcare environment, including funding, enrolments, and reporting, will be essential. As a collaborative and supportive leader, you’ll inspire a positive team culture, champion quality improvement, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including our Green Cross Health Support Office.
