We are seeking an experienced Terminal Operations Manager to lead operations at a key petroleum terminal in Mount Maunganui. This is a critical leadership role, responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and effective receipt, storage and dispatch of product, while overseeing a small team and engaging with a range of stakeholders.

About the role

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will lead a team ensuring terminal performance is optimised through safe, compliant and efficient practices.

Key responsibilities include :

• Overseeing day‑to‑day operations, work planning, projects, site maintenance, and contractor management
• Managing ship fuel debunkering and truck hauler fuel transfer
• Ensuring HSSE standards, permit‑to‑work systems, and compliance requirements are met at all times
• Leading and developing the team operations and performance
