ABOUT THE ROLE

The Venue Coordinator will dive into the world of premier event management at our esteemed Auckland Conference Centre. The role includes client liaison, operational finesse, and ensuring seamless event execution.

The role operates Monday to Friday; flexibility to support events between 6.30 am and 9.00 pm may be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing customer enquiries and reservations with finesse.
• Coordinating catering and other suppliers as required.
• Managing AV setups for unforgettable events.
• Facilitating event setup and execution of end‑to‑end event delivery.
• Post‑event administrative and financial duties.
