Senior Cyber Security Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Cyber Security Manager to lead our cyber security strategy and drive a proactive, future-focused security culture across the business.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing Farmers’ cyber security strategy, ensuring our defences are strong, compliant, and continually improving. You’ll oversee all aspects of cyber security operations, from risk and threat management to incident response, architecture, governance, supplier oversight, and awareness programs.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing visibility of the risk landscape and guiding the business on best-practice security decisions. This is a hands-on strategic and operational role, ideal for someone ready to make a significant impact in a large and complex environment.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute our cyber security roadmap.
• Lead risk assessments, threat monitoring, and vulnerability management.
• Manage incident response, recovery planning, and security investigations.
• Oversee security architecture, tools, and technology improvements.
• Lead third‑party cyber risk and manage MSSP performance.
• Drive cyber awareness and provide trusted advice to senior leaders.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the cyber security team.
