This is a genuine all-rounder Accountant role with a strong emphasis on accurate financial processing. You’ll keep the NZ ledger in perfect shape, back up for the AR function, and play a key part in month‑end, statutory reporting and audit support – all while working closely with wider business.

Role

Reporting to the CFO and working within a tight‑knit finance team, your key responsibilities will include :

• Preparing GST, FBT, PAYE / withholding tax returns
• Supporting treasury, cash flow monitoring and overseas / local supplier payment runs
• Preparing monthly management accounts, variance analysis and audit schedules
• Maintaining lease schedules (IFRS16 / Nomos One) and quarterly royalty calculations
• Daily and month‑end bank reconciliations, journals, fixed assets and credit card reconciliations
• Supporting credit control – setting up new accounts, credit checks, PPSR, invoicing, cash allocation.
• Providing backup and support across the wider finance function
