As Growth Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving NZHG’s growth strategy. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will lead initiatives that shape the future of healthcare services in New Zealand. This includes new product and service development, go-to-market strategy, marketing leadership, , RFP management, and business development.

You’ll act as a center of expertise for marketing across NZHG, support innovation from concept to execution, and identify new service areas to integrate into our operations. You’ll also lead responses to high-value tenders and build strategic relationships that position NZHG as a provider of choice. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland
What you’ll do :
Identify,develop and launch new service and business opportunities areas for NZHG.
Lead innovation projects from design through to evaluation.
Provide marketing leadership across the group ensuring consistency and alignment with NZHG’s brand strategy.
Build and implement relationship plans to support organisational goals.
Collaborate with senior leaders on business development and growth initiatives.
Proven experience in organic and strategic growth.
Demonstrated success new product or service development and launch
Marketing leadership including brand strategy and digital marketing
Strong tender / RFP experience.
Background in the health and disability sector.
Ability to influence and collaborate at senior levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, managing shifting priorities and diverse workloads with confidence and composure.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
Ability to handle challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy.
