This nationalnot-for-profit organisation delivers structured, proven youth development programmes that help young people build confidence, resilience and essential life skills. Their work spans a range of programmes designed to support young people, grounded in established frameworks and strong partnerships with schools and communities. With a focus on connection, wellbeing and positive outcomes, they work closely with local stakeholders to make a meaningful difference across Aotearoa.
About the role
This is a dual position combining programme leadership with hands-on school-based coordination. Part of the role focuses on leading regional programme delivery, supporting coordinators, managing relationships and ensuring quality standards are met. The other part involves coordinating a Year 9 transition and mentoring programme, spending around 15–20 hours each week in a school delivering sessions, supporting peer mentors and managing activities and events. The role is varied, people-focused and offers the opportunity to contribute both strategically and directly to youth development across the region.
