Assistant Director - SAP FIMM (Cluster CIO Office)As part of the team, you will be the Business Tech Lead for the National-level SAP FIMM Consolidation Project at the cluster, supporting Cluster's Group Finance and institution users.Position OverviewAs part of the team, you will be the Business Tech Lead for the National-level SAP FIMM Consolidation Project at the cluster, supporting Cluster's Group Finance and institution users.Role & ResponsibilitiesDrive finance strategies and harmonization across the NUHS clusterLead the implementation and optimization of SAP S4 / HANA FIMM and other finance systemsDevelop and execute technology-based strategies to enhance finance processes and operational efficienciesOversee the SAP S4 / HANA FIMM implementation program, coordinating with stakeholders, GCIO, Synapxe, and external providersManage project timelines, resources, risks, and budgetsEnsure quality and completeness of business scenarios and operational rules for solution design, testing and deploymentChange Management and CommunicationDrive adoption of new finance systems across the clusterLead change management activities and communication strategiesOversee the development and rollout of end-user training programsCollaborate with multiple stakeholder groups across complex business environmentsMediate and resolve conflicts at work group and cross-cluster levelsMaintain strong relationships and close engagement with internal teams, external partners, and vendorsRequirementsExtensive knowledge and expertise in Finance Systems, covers Financial, Procurement and Material Management / Logistics functionalitiesMinimum 10 years of experience in finance systems or equivalent fieldStrong project management and change management skillsProven ability to lead large-scale system implementations and transformationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levelsAdvanced knowledge of SAP S4 / HANA and other financial management systemsNote : It only takes a few minutes to apply for a meaningful career in HealthTech.We are an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and welcome applications from qualified candidates.
