The Singapore Household Archetyping & Town Geodemographic Modelling (SGHA-TGM) project, commissioned by the Ministry of National Development, aims to build foundational knowledge in Singapore population geodemographics, with a particular emphasis on understanding household lifestyle preferences and their relationships with the built environment.
The project is intended to develop the knowledge and technical capabilities to surface insights into the diverse socio-spatial contexts of urban living in Singapore, to support urban planners in anticipating evolving needs, sensemaking sentiments on the ground, and fostering a more inclusive and liveable urban environment.
We seek a diligent Project Manager to ensure successful delivery of the SGHA-TGM project.
The role focuses on day-to-day project execution, cross-team coordination, and engagement with key stakeholders to ensure milestones are achieved on time and with quality.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate implementation of the research project.
Responsible for managing the full life cycle R&D projects and product delivery by planning, organizing, executing and reporting on the status of projects from conception to completion.
Job Requirements
Bachelor or Masters in any engineering related discipline.
PMP certifications or equivalent is advantageous.
Strong business acumen, driven to deliver quality outcomes that meet project requirements and deadlines.
Evidence of project management capabilities; i.e. planning, risk management, status reporting, budget tracking, stakeholder management, resource management.
Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of Urban / Town / Transport Planning.
A team player and technically motivated to solve problems, innovate and collaborate.
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
