Community Palliative Care Registered Nurse

We're looking for a compassionate, motivated nurse to join our community-based palliative care team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join this palliative care team in Newtown, providing crucial support to patients and their families in the comfort of their own homes. What you need to do :

• Provide expert palliative care nursing in patients' homes to a high standard of care.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary team and other healthcare partners to ensure comprehensive care and positive outcomes.
• Demonstrate commitment to the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and embrace cultural diversity in the Hospice context.
• Demonstrate expertise and passion for providing palliative care to patients and their families.

What you need to have :

• NZ Nursing Registration with a current Annual Practicing Certificate.
• Residency or Valid Work Visa
• Hold a Full NZ Driver's Licence
• Minimum 1-2 years working in NZ in Palliative care
• The ability to work across a 7 day roster from 8am to 8pm.
