Job Description

About the Role : To support Chubb Life’s ambitious strategy in New Zealand we’re seeking a Finance Business Partner. The Finance Business Partner plays a critical role in delivering strategic financial insights and guidance to support business decision‑making. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance and strategic initiatives.
• Support the five‑year strategic plan, annual planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of comprehensive financial reports to senior leadership.
• Lead the development of business cases for new initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement.
