Irrigation Technician / Greenkeeper – Titirangi Golf Club

Titirangi Golf Club, New Zealand's only Alister MacKenzie-designed course, is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Irrigation Technician / Greenkeeper to join our dedicated turf management team.

In addition to maintaining our course, we also manage course maintenance operations at nearby Maungakiekie Golf Club.

This provides a unique opportunity to gain experience in both single-site and multi-site working environments.

The club is committed to continuous improvement through innovative course development and modern maintenance practices across both venues.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position working closely with the Head Greenkeeper at Titirangi to ensure the efficient operation and application of the irrigation system.

The role also includes participation in day-to-day course maintenance activities, supporting the wider turf team.

Weekend work on a rostered basis is required, with duties shared across both golf courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate Toro SitePro irrigation systems
• Monitor turf moisture using POGO sensors and other relevant technologies
• Undertake irrigation system repairs and maintenance
• Participate in general turf care and course maintenance
• Ensure adherence to health & safety practices and reporting procedures
