About the role
Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business growth? ARA Group NZ is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team. You’ll be the key point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and our solutions are delivered with excellence.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure timely, successful delivery of services, maintenance contracts and projects.
- Lead strategic account health and planning. Drive account growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Manage contracts, renewals, and pricing, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and present regular client reports, including SLA performance and financial updates.
- Collaborate with business development and sales teams to review tenders and support growth initiatives.
- Ensure all client documentation and reporting is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively manage retention risks.
- Drive product adoption through tailored engagement and training initiatives.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account value.
- Identify and manage customers at risk of churn by monitoring usage patterns, engagement levels, and satisfaction metrics.
- Develop and execute tailored retention strategies to re-engage and add value to at-risk accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Service, Operations, and other ARA group divisions.
- Champion the voice of the customer internally to influence product and service improvements.
What you’ll bring
Experience in account management, preferably in a B2B or service delivery environment.Strong communication and organisational skills.Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.Ability to analyse financials, manage margins, and drive profitability.Proactive problem-solver with sound judgement and initiative.Knowledge of security industry is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
