About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide exceptional secretarial and administrative support to the Operations Lead for Unplanned Care and the Associate Director of Nursing.

This is not your average admin role – it's fast-paced, varied, and full of opportunities to make a real impact. You'll be at the heart of a very busy management team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From managing diaries and coordinating projects to handling complex tasks with precision, your skills will keep the team moving forward.

About the Team / Service

The Unplanned Care Group is responsible for the management of nominated Medical (including Acute and Emergency care) services, which provide care within a hospital setting, with a particular focus on patient and flow management to ensure efficient and effective use of resources and capacity for the achievement of care targets and access deliverables.
