Territory Manager – Aftersales

The Role

We’re looking for an energetic and customer‑focused sales professional to take ownership of a key territory across the Central and Lower North Island region.

You’ll be the central contact for our customers, selling, promoting, and identifying opportunities across the full TDX aftersales range — including :

• Genuine Volvo and Yanmar parts
• Shell Lubricants
• Aftermarket Filtration products
• Customer Service Agreements (CSA)
• Dafo Fire Suppression systems
• Service and maintenance offerings

This is a pivotal role where you’ll work closely with local Operations Managers, Parts, and Service teams to ensure customers receive complete, value‑driven solutions — not just individual products. You’ll report to the Business Manager – Shell Lubricants & Aftersales Support and be part of a strong national team that will provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
